0220. if i had believed in myself, i would have continued to make short films. even if they were amateurish, even if the stories werent 100% original by me, even if i were poorly equipped or even if i lacked a team of committed folks.
if i had believed in myself, i wouldnt be still sitting at my desk, wondering about foldering structures and portal management systems for a mnc that prolly dont even know i exist, earning peanuts of a pay and most importantly...
slowly draining all my passion for film making away.
i dream about making a good short film before my birthday arrives this year with close friends. whoever is reading this, those whom i know as brothers from other mothers, those i suspect who is still keen to have gay sex with me, those i can count on giving me advice, guidance and courage... and those who are willing sponsor anything at all; money, talents, equipment, etc. you know who you are... let's do it!
i dont want anything material for a birthday gift. it'll not be half as meaningful as us getting together to shoot a short film... even though you know crap about it. the experience, the journey and the result will be the best gifts we will ever share with each other.
and prolly the best birthday presents i will ever receive.
ps to the person i mentioned about gay sex: NO, i am not talking about shooting a porno flick, thanks.

hey, i'd offer you special effects if you're really making something. :)
i can do gunshots, explosions, shattering glass, fire, 3d creatures, spaceships etc. i have greenscreen cloth too.
