0325. wow. blogger's dashboard has been conveniently converted by the developers into an rss like platform to help users keep track of their favourite blogs. it even allows "befriending" between one user and the other, creating a mini facebook at the dashboard. it's all merging up to become a one stop blogging station: you post, you read, you share... all at one spot. blogspot.
ha. damn my cheesy ad copy.
anyway, ive seen a recent surge of bloggers switching over to livejournal. im not quite sure the reason why (mostly because i cant really be bothered to ask) but personally, i feel that the interactivity system there is much friendlier compared to blogger and it really helps to facilitate comments and discussion after a user blogs a post.
interestingly, blogger has been developing heaps more than lj in value added functionalities and enhanced blogging features such as google gadgets. but frankly, to people like me who only wish to just pen their 2 cents worth then fire and forget... i seriously only look forward to simplicity.
blogger, fortunately, continue to give me uncomplex structure and flow. and this is the reason why i havent jumped wagon since some of you had been asking.
i hope blogger would stop trying to complicate a rudimentary matter of writing and posting.
ps: oh btw, no rss = no need to use the advanced dashboard function. dunno what's rss? THEN TOO BAD!
