0236. telling a lie is like filling a dam with water.

the deeper the water goes, the higher your dam has to rise. the larger the body of water grows, the stronger your dam has stand. failing which, the water will overflow and drown everyone.

so in the first place, why is there the need to build anything if you do not throw in any water? lie not, dam not, drown not.

then again, what would life be without telling lies? some of us make a living by lying, some of us are the personification of lies ourselves. many lie for a selfish purpose and others lie for the heck of it. everyone will lie sometime in his life, be it a black lie or a white lie, a good lie or a bad lie. or even an ugly lie. any lie is, afterall, a lie.

but telling lies within a lie; building dams inside a dam - multiple layers of waters and dams, cross pipe lined with each other, woven into an intricate system made from untraceable origins, complex fallacies and insurmountable pretense...

it suddenly becomes an art form of the highest order.

lying is an art.
