1541. finally, im selling my flat for $310k. sometimes i wonder why people grow sentiments for a concrete house that offers no emotions and feelings for you in return, only mere necessities; a shelter over our heads, doors for our safety and privacy, power and water supply for a habitable condition.
these 9 or so years have gone past in a wink but it seems only lately when i moved in while my mother was suffering from cancer. it was a terrible time of all our family members' lives. lots of nonsensical stuff have happened here in my life while i stayed here too.
ergo, i dont have good memories with this house. nothing but death staring us in the face, inconsiderate and sometimes psychotic neighbours (like the upstairs folks who throw used condoms out their windows onto our level), hefty transportation bills for being so incredibly far from everyone and anyone and worst of the lot... my nasty and shortlived varsity experience which cost me $3k and half an economic year. haiz.
it's time to thow all the bad stuff away and start afresh somewhere else. somewhere closer to town.
