0118. the last time i saw edward norton being torn, tattered and beaten up was in the cult hit fight club 10 years back. and a revisitation a couple of months ago, when i downloaded the infamous schizo film and rewatched it for all its glory.

did i mention download? err no i didnt.

anyway, i got to see the scrawny guy getting beat up again today ON THE BIG SCREEN as the incredible hulk. what's so incredible i hear some of you, especially those you havent already watched it, ask?

for starters, it's the 2nd movie with almost the same title about the same gigantic green muscle dude since a span of 5 years that isnt a sequel. so what happened? why another movie about the hulk with different actors and production studio?

simple. marvel, the comic owner of the character, wasnt so pleased with the first one. so they decided to make another one, right after their other bestseller; ironman. watch out for tony stark's cameo appearance!

second. action. action. and more action! all in capital letters too. RAWR! despite watching an animated green thingamajig hopping around the screen and smacking things up, it's nonetheless an exciting movie. tonnes of big bucks dumped onto this and that. literally tonnes. but well worth the special effects.

third. liv tyler. nuff said.

verdict? 3.5 useless military helmets upon 5. (hint: try to catch a scene whereby folks who wear helmets die in a heli crash and SURPRISINGLY those who didnt... lived to tell the tale! amazing stuff)

ps: i just realised liv tyler gave birth to a son in 2004. still as godly as ever, i mean GODDESSLY.
